Merv Chia

Merv Chia, Chair of the Board: Merv worked in West Africa for Red Cross National Societies as a Technical Advisor and International Delegate. He developed sustainability programmes in social enterprise and income generating projects in post-conflict situations. Merv has over 35 years of business experience and is the Founder and CEO of NEX Industries Corp and Supreme Pacific Food Group. He has a background in agriculture value-added processing, light-industrial manufacturing, finance and distribution. He has chaired numerous non-profit organisations including as Chair of a Community Bank Credit Committee, as Chair of Micro Credit Conferences, and as Chair of a Municipal Government Community Grants Committee.
