Nadia is Founder and Managing Director of Cupper Beans which specialises in producing high-quality, experimental coffees through a cooperative model and empowers women to earn an independent income. Nadia has more than ten years experience in agribusiness, rural and social development with extensive expertise in monitoring and evaluation of social impact. She has successfully covered a range of assignments including climate smart agricultural advisory, thematic policy analysis and the development of tools and guidelines for governments and regional institutions. Nadia speaks fluent English, French, Kinyarwanda and Swahili.
